As a result of our listing on Euronext Amsterdam, Arcadis is obliged to prepare rules to prevent the use of insider knowledge. The Regulations regarding transactions in Arcadis securities govern transactions in Arcadis securities and prohibit such transactions in the event of having insider knowledge.
In line with these Regulations, Arcadis annually also determines ‘closed periods’. Closed periods are periods immediately preceding the publication of financial results. During these periods, so-called insiders are prohibited from trading (irrespective of having insider knowledge).
Closed periods in 2026:
- Tuesday 13 January through Wednesday 18 February 2026
- Thursday 9 April through Wednesday 29 April 2026
- Tuesday 30 June through Wednesday 29 July 2026
- Thursday 8 October through Wednesday 28 October 2026
